30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and must be unworn or unused. Please provide your order number, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns made for personal reasons. If the item is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Items returned before the return request is approved cannot be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your item promptly after delivery.
If the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a return, exchange, or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made or altered items, personalized items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, first request a return for the item you received.
Once the return has been approved, place a new order for the item you want.
Some items, including one-of-a-kind products, might not be available for exchange. In such cases, we will provide a refund instead.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For orders shipped to the European Union (EU), in addition to our 30-day return policy, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, subject to applicable law.
Our 30-day return policy does not limit this statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
Some goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods.
If goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

If you return goods after exercising the right of withdrawal, please send them within 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal.

REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
For returns under our standard 30-day return policy, approved refunds will normally be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If more than 16 business days have passed since we notified you that your refund was approved, contact us at reuseful.info@gmail.com.
REFUNDS UNDER THE EU STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from the contract under the EU statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law.
As a general rule, we will make the refund using the original payment method within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first where applicable.
The refund under the EU statutory right of withdrawal includes the cost of the standard delivery method originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost may not be refundable.
