SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Orders are normally shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping and delivery might take longer during weekends, public holidays, the New Year holiday period, peak seasons, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other exceptional circumstances.

Our main carriers are Yamato Transport and Japan Post. We select the carrier based on the destination, package size, weight, and other shipping requirements.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN

Standard shipping is a flat rate of ¥870 throughout Japan, including Hokkaido and Okinawa.

Free standard domestic shipping is available on orders of ¥7,700 or more.

Please confirm the final shipping fee in your cart or at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping normally starts at ¥3,000 for one item. Shipping varies with the total order weight, including orders with multiple items. Please confirm the final shipping charge at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Eligible destinations include the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Taiwan, and India.

Please confirm whether shipping is available to your country or region at checkout. We might be unable to accept an order depending on the destination, the item, or shipping conditions.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, AND CLEARANCE FEES

All international destinations, including the United States and the European Union

For all international destinations, including the United States, we normally ship under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. Local customs duties, import VAT or other import taxes, and carrier clearance or disbursement fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are borne by the customer. We will not charge you again for the same costs expressly collected at checkout.

Import VAT and customs duty are separate charges where applicable. Low value or pre-owned status does not by itself make goods exempt. The applicable treatment depends on the destination, shipment value, commodity classification, origin, and import arrangements.

Carrier clearance and disbursement fees are separate from taxes. Charges that cannot be determined in advance may be requested by customs or the carrier at clearance, before delivery, or upon delivery.

For information about additional costs before ordering, contact us and the destination customs authority or carrier. These terms do not change statutory declaration or tax obligations or your mandatory consumer rights.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Before placing your order, please make sure that the recipient’s name, postal code, shipping address, phone number, and other information are correct.

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to make changes once shipping preparations are underway.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, or refusal of delivery, you may be responsible for the costs of reshipping and other related expenses.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Estimated delivery dates are guidelines and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, carrier circumstances, customs procedures, international conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order is significantly overdue or arrives damaged, please contact reuseful.info@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

If an item is damaged, please keep photographs of the item, packaging materials, and shipping label. These may be needed for the carrier investigation.
